Share Your Feedback on the Future of The Rapid on Feb. 25, 2020

We need your input to make our bus system more convenient, more reliable and more efficient!

Come out to the Community Room at Rapid Central Station to tell us what you like (or don't like) about these three scenarios:

  1. What if you could have 15-minute service on main routes, all day?
  2. What if you didn’t have to come down to Central Station to make your transfer?
  3. What if there were more routes and more buses on Saturday and Sunday?

Drop-in to our open house on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Rapid Central Station, 250 Grandville Ave SW Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Spend as little or as much time as you like.

What's Mobility For All?

In the past two decades, the Grand Rapids metro area has swiftly grown and changed. This transformation has impacted the way people get around, where they call home, and how they like to work. This has led The Rapid to asses how well the current bus system is serving the community.

Enter Mobility For All, a planning process to identify ways to make the current bus system more efficient for more people. We want to make sure you’re able to get where you need to go in a convenient and reliable way.

We’re committed to being a good steward of public dollars and continuously seeking out cost-efficient and effective ways to run our service. This is why we’re taking a proactive approach to keeping pace with changes in the community and transportation while anticipating future transportation needs.
