Father Mark Przybysz:
I suffered a concussion last March. I wasn’t able to drive, but my mind right away turned toward The Rapid. It helps us to see who is a part of our life and opens our community to everybody.
Whether it be getting out to Rivertown Mall out in Grandville or to be able to go downtown to downtown East Grand Rapids, and enjoy what they have there, to get to Reeds Lake.
The Rapid is something that is vital to our community and helps people when they need that help – that’s one thing that Grand Rapids is all about.
And I see The Rapid as that friendship, that ability to help make our community a greater place and to serve the needs of all people. And it just reflects who we are as Grand Rapidians.

El pasado mes de marzo sufrí una conmoción cerebral. No podía conducir, pero pensé inmediatamente en The Rapid. Nos ayuda a ver quién es parte de nuestra vida y abre nuestra comunidad a todo el mundo.
Tanto si es para ir a Rivertown Mall en Grandville o para poder ir al centro de East Grand Rapids, y disfrutar de lo que ofrecen allí, o para ir al Lago Reeds.
The Rapid es algo que es vital para nuestra comunidad y ayuda a las personas cuando necesitan esa ayuda – eso algo característico de Grand Rapids.
Y veo The Rapid es esa amistad, esa capacidad para contribuir a que nuestra comunidad sea un lugar mejor y servir las necesidades de todas las personas. Y eso refleja lo que somos como habitantes de Grand Rapids.
