The Interurban Transit Partnership – The Rapid works collaboratively with the Kent County Purchasing Division utilizing the Access Kent Online Vendor Registration. The Interurban Transit Partnership Procurement Department will make every effort to send notification of business opportunities to vendors who have successfully completed and maintain a vendor registration in Access Kent County. The vendor shall maintain a registration even if currently doing business with the Interurban Transit Partnership. The vendor list is a resource which does not obligate, nor limit the Procurement Department in contacting a vendor for a given solicitation.
