Passenger Adaptive Suburban Service (PASS)

While we make every effort to have our bus stop as convenient as possible, getting to the nearest stop may be a challenge for some. That’s why we offer the Passenger Adaptive Suburban Service, or PASS - your link to The Rapid and, subsequently, your destination.

PASS is a suburban feeder shuttle that transports passengers from their curb to The Rapid fixed-route system. If your pickup location is within the six cities and is more than one-third of a mile off a bus route, PASS may be able to connect you to the nearest bus stop for only $3.50. This fare includes a transfer to the fixed-route bus.

In order to use a PASS shuttle, you must first be registered for eligibility. PASS service also requires the trip to be scheduled by 4:30 p.m. the day before the trip is needed. Like all of our fixed-route buses, all PASS vehicles are wheelchair accessible. Drivers cannot assist passengers to or from the vehicle, however, so if you need this level of service, please check into our GO!Bus service.
