2019-05: Legal Services

Sealed proposals for the provision of legal services will be received at the Interurban Transit Partnership (ITP) offices, 300 Ellsworth Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503-4018, until Thursday, December 27, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., local time. The ITP Board reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, on such basis as the ITP Board deems to be in its interest to do so, subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of the bid. One (1) original and three (3) copies and one (1) digital copy of the bid shall be submitted to the Senior Procurement Specialist (SPS).
