Purchasing passes online offers the convenience of shopping at home and peace of mind that your information will be secure and will not be given or sold to any other organization or company.

The process is quick and easy. It takes less than five minutes and simple prompts walk you through the system.

There are no extra charges—online customers are not charged for postage or shipping & handling. Farecards are sent via U.S. Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost farecard orders.

Once your order is submitted, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your farecards. The Rapid will mail farecards only to addresses in the continental U.S.

31-day and 10-ride fareacards (adult, student, and reduced fare) can be purchased on all Rapid fixed-route buses. All farecards and tickets are also available at the Information Center at Rapids Central Station and at Rapid pass vendors throughout the metro area.
