How to Schedule a Ride on PASS

When to call
Sunday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Please call no later than 4:30 p.m. the day before your trip and no sooner than 14 days in advance. Trips scheduling is first-come, first-served.
To cancel a ride
Please call at least 30 minutes before your ride is due. Otherwise, the ride will be considered a “no-show.”
No-shows
A “no-show” occurs when you:
- are not present to board the PASS vehicle by your scheduled time.
- cancel a reservation less than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
Scheduled return trips for no-shows will be canceled automatically unless you call the office more than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time for the return trip.
Any person with two or more “no-shows” within a 2-week period may have his or her PASS privileges suspended.
To avoid a no-show, be ready to travel 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. (In some cases PASS may arrive early.)
