PASS: a safe, pleasant way to get around
- No animals are allowed on PASS vehicles except service animals.
- For your safety, please remain seated while the PASS vehicle is in motion.
- No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed on PASS vehicles.
- Please don’t litter. And remember to take all personal items with you when you exit the vehicle.
- All PASS vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
- You must meet the PASS vehicle at your curb. The driver can’t come to your door, or help you to a door once your ride is complete.
- PASS vehicles are not equipped with bike racks.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Drivers will not assist with bags and parcels. Please limit carry on items to what you can safely carry yourself
