How to use PASS
Two ways:
- To get a ride to the nearest bus stop.
- To get curb-to-curb service within your PASS sector.
Where can you go?
PASS is available for service in Grand Rapids, East Grand Rapids, Grandville, Kentwood, Walker, and Wyoming. PASS cannot make trips to or from townships.
The six-city service area is divided into three PASS sectors: North, Southwest, and Southeast.
Downtown Grand Rapids (including areas within Leonard St., Alpine Ave., Franklin Ave., and Fuller Ave.) does not offer PASS service because there are many bus routes directly serving this area.
To schedule a PASS trip, the destination and origin must be more than 1/3 of a mile from a fixed-route bus. Please call the PASS office (616-459-7701) for further details.
