Need help getting from your door to your vehicle?

If you are in a wheelchair or need help walking, GO!Bus drivers are happy to help you get from the door at your pick-up location to the GO!Bus vehicle and from the vehicle to the entry door of your destination.

Please request driver assistance when you make your reservation, so we can schedule enough time for the driver to help you without making other passengers late.

A passenger who needs help with mobility inside the building needs to make other arrangements for that location.

Passengers in wheelchairs

All GO!Bus vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts and comply with all related ADA regulations. The lifts are designed to hold a wheelchair that is less than 30 inches wide, less than 48 inches long and less than 600 pounds, including the passenger.

Drivers will assist wheelchair passengers up or down one step up to 6 inches in height if it can be done safely. They will operate the wheelchair lift and secure the wheelchair inside the GO!Bus vehicle.
