GO!Bus Tips
How to make your GO!Bus travel trouble-free
Here are some tips and a few simple rules to make GO!Bus work better for you and everyone else who uses it.
- Write down the days and times of trips when you make your reservation.
- Be waiting and watching for the vehicle at the pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Drivers will wait no more than 5 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time, in fairness to other passengers.
- Make sure you have the right GO!Bus. If you are departing from a group residence, doctor's office, or any public place, give the driver your name and destination.
- Have the fare ready—ticket or correct change—when boarding the vehicle.
- If your ride is more than 15 minutes overdue, you can call the GO!Bus office for more information.
- Wear seat belts at all times.
- Please don't carry more than two bags or parcels onboard the vehicle.
- No smoking, eating, or drinking is allowed on GO!Bus vehicles.
- Remember your medication—and bring what you might need if the trip runs late.
