Need a ride? Lowell to Grandville? Cedar Springs to Caledonia? Anywhere to anywhere?

Call County Connection a day or more in advance and we'll get you there. Only $14 per person one way, kids under five free. Curb to curb service. When and where you need to go 24 hours a day, seven days a week except major holidays. Service is subject to availability.

Same day service? Only $19, depending on availability.

RideLink

The Rapid also participates in RideLink, a network of area transportation providers that offer transportation to persons aged 60 or older to any necessary destination, including doctors visits, recreational visits, and shopping trips throughout Kent County. Please note that when shopping, carry-ons are limited to two bags. Providers include Hope Network, American Red Cross, Senior Neighbors, ACSET, and United Methodist Community House. RideLink passengers are encouraged to make a $2.00 donation per trip.

Access to the RideLink program is through calling 616-774-1288 (or toll-free 1-866-425-3848.) Registration is required and can be submitted on line at: http://therapid.greenride.ene.com/ridelink/

This service is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Trips must be scheduled no later than noon the day before the trip is needed. Trips are scheduled based on availability.

RideLink transportation is funded through the Kent County Senior Millage.
