A documentary about the design of cities, which looks at the issues and strategies behind urban design and features some of the world's foremost architects, planners, policymakers, builders, and thinkers.

Mark Miller, an architect and urban designer at Nederveld, published an editorial in this week's [EXLINK '345']Rapid Growth[/EXLINK] highlighting the film [EXLINK '346']Urbanized[/EXLINK]. [EXLINK '347']Nederveld[/EXLINK], along with [EXLINK '348']Friends of Grand Rapids Parks[/EXLINK], [EXLINK '349']Lott3Metz Architecture[/EXLINK], [EXLINK '350']Wondergem[/EXLINK], and [EXLINK '351']The Rapid[/EXLINK], is sponsoring [EXLINK '352']a free community screening[/EXLINK] at the Wealthy Theater next Thursday (May 31) at 6:30pm.

Mr. Miller poses some very interesting questions in his piece based on themes in the film and current developments and planning here in Grand Rapids. Please take some time to read this article and share your thoughts on our [EXLINK '353']Facebook page[/EXLINK].
